Created in 1995 and accredited the status of public utility in 2007, the Amine KABBAJ Foundation specializes in the construction and development of medical and surgical care units throughout the Moroccan territory.
The Amine KABBAJ Foundation is 100% funded by the KABBAJ family. It is chaired by Mohamed KABBAJ, entrepreneur who built his career through the SOFTGROUP Holding in the textile industry and later on in developing real estate activities. Supported by his daughter Zhor KABBAJ, Mohamed KABBAJ continues the patronage work of his own father Haj Abdellatif KABBAJ, who has acquired an outstanding distinction through his lifetime thanks to his action of benefactor.
All the infrastructures, buildings and equipment funded by the Amine KABBAJ Foundation have entirely been submitted to the Ministry of Health, which assumes ownership and management thereof.
